Yes, It’s a Spiritual Battle, but are WE the enemy?

Ever since the so-called Covid pandemic, followed by predictions of war, famine, martial law, and the conversion of our money to digital credits available only to those who obey government decrees, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of film producers and thought leaders who appear to be on the right track in terms of exposing lies and corruption but who conclude that prayer is the only solution. Their argument begins with “This is a spiritual battle!” The message runs something like this:

Since this is a spiritual battle, the only weapon we have is spirituality. All we can do is pray to God for deliverance. Only God can save us. We are suffering and will suffer greatly in the future, not because of worldly enemies but because we are sinners and must be punished for our sins. We have brought this on ourselves. We are the cause of all this! Forget the evil ones in our midst who are waging a physical battle against us; forget the controlled politicians who vote to destroy our liberty; forget the banking cartel that plunders us; forget the pharmaceutical cartel that poisons us; forget the corporate hospitals and nursing homes that kill us; forget the controlled media that lies to us; forget the government schools that turn our children against us; forget Rockefeller, Rothschild, Soros, Gates and all those billionaires who direct the masterplan; forget the military-industrial complex that consumes the product of our labor to conduct global wars for hidden agendas; forget all of them. Leave them alone. They will be dealt with by God – but only if we repent our sins – Not THEIR sins, but OURS! So, stop whatever you are doing to fight the cultural and political battles and concentrate on the spiritual battle. Let us join together in massive rallies to demonstrate our repentance. Pray for forgiveness – and don’t forget to send us some physical money to carry on. This is a spiritual battle. Amen.

So speaketh the Great Deceiver.

Yes, this is a spiritual battle, but it also is a physical attack against all of God’s creation on earth. Since we are part of that creation, it seems to me that we are spiritually obligated to defend it with every physical power we can muster. Yes, God will defeat the Great Deceiver, but it will be done through us, not a bolt of lightning from heaven. This idea of abandoning the earthly battlefield and expecting God to save us while ignoring the horrific activities of our human enemies was either dreamed up by the Deep State or, at minimum, financed by it. It’s hard to imagine any more effective way to neutralize the power of millions of spiritual warriors than to convive them that prayer without action is righteous. In truth, this is a spiritual and a physical battle. As the old saying goes: “After we pray for potatoes, we must reach for the hoe.”
